Brigid is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and is in her last year as an Exercise Science student at VCU. She hopes to become a Strength and Conditioning coach, specializing in strength development and injury prevention for athletes.
For her whole life, Brigid has been an athlete. She started playing soccer as a three-year-old and her love of fitness began as she started her first strength and conditioning program in 8th grade. In high school, Brigid played four years of varsity soccer, and ran cross- country for three years. She was named Team Captain of both teams and continues to lead the VCU Club Soccer Team as President of the club.
In her free time, Brigid loves spending time outside, walking her sister’s dog, and watching really bad reality television.
