Admittedly, it can be difficult to begin a fitness journey on your own. Classes at Freedom Fit Gym are a great way to meet others with similar interests and goals. Eliminate the guesswork-- come in, bust your tail, and see your results!

  • First time class entry fee is free. After that, we have 25 session, 20 session, and 15 session packages! 
  • Bringing a friend? That one-time class is free. 

Freedom Fit Gym offers weekly Group Exercise sessions Monday-Thursday at 6:30 PM. These 45-minute classes are H.I.I.T focused around bodyweight, core, dummbells, and kettlebells, with exercise modifications accommodating all fitness levels! With that in mind, be prepared to expect:
  • Becoming functionally strong; You'll feel more comfortable in your own body, and trust it to perform however you will it to.
  • Increasing your core strength; You'll have more control over the complex group of muscles involved in every single movement you'll ever make.
  • Increasing your cardiovascular endurance; You'll have the confidence knowing when you pick your feet up and go, you're really going somewhere.
