Too often, teenagers join a gym and use what they see on Instagram or Tik-Tok as a guide for their fitness. It can lead to bad habits, low skill, and pain. And in young athletes who need to get the extra edge on the field, a poorly designed and uncoached routine can do more harm than good!
All our teenagers train in a small group setting, are taught, programmed, and coached in our FFP Program. We utilize a traditional Strength and Conditioning program structure, focusing on speed/agility, power, basic weightroom skills, and strength training of course.
We currently train Tuesdays and Thursdays at 4:30 pm, and all our teens have access to the gym up to 6 days per week, with coaching always on the floor.
This is the right fit for non-athlete beginners, those with more unique "stuff" (pre/post-surgery, nagging pain/injury, advanced athletes), athletes pre or in season, and those who prefer more focused attention than a class of 20+.
