Bria is a graduate of Virginia Commonwealth University in the field of Exercise Science. Her Bachelor’s is just a stepping stone towards a fulfilling career in Physical Therapy. She is an NASM Certified Personal Trainer (currently working on her second CPT Certification with ACSM!) and has observed 300+ hours in a Strength and Conditioning setting, and is a graduate of Freedom Fit’s 120-hour Internship Program.
Bria is goal oriented, dedicated, and enthusiastic. After a high-school track career ended, she first got into fitness her sophomore year in college to improve her health and overall well-being. With previous experience in home healthcare, unsurprisingly, she grew a desire to help others achieve health improvements-- fitness being the modality. During her journey, she has encouraged others to join and helped them cultivate a personalized program. Consequently, this has led to her overwhelming enjoyment of aiding others while providing them the same gratification that fitness gave her.
In Bria’s spare time she enjoys art and using various mediums to express herself. She uses her artistic abilities to add to the vibrant atmosphere in Freedom Fit, and is newly a first-time pet owner!
**Since leaving us, she's continued a coaching role with Bon Secours en route to PT school**
