Brigid is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (NSCA). and VCU Graduate. She maintains interest specializing in strength development and injury prevention for athletes.
For her whole life, Brigid has been an athlete. She started playing soccer as a three-year-old and her love of fitness began as she started her first strength and conditioning program in 8th grade. In high school, Brigid played four years of varsity soccer, and ran cross- country for three years. She was named Team Captain of both teams and continues to lead the VCU Club Soccer Team as President of the club.
In her free time, Brigid loves spending time outside, walking her sister’s dog, and watching really bad reality television.
