"... we would find every excuse possible to avoid exercise. James had been dealing with issues of high cholesterol and high blood pressure at the ripe age of 28, and both of us were in need of losing a few pounds after returning from our honeymoon.
With neither of us being fitness fans, it was hard to motivate each other after a long day at work and cooking dinner to put down the glass of wine and turn off Netflix to get 30 minutes of cardio before preparing for the next day.
